Rest in Nature.
Rebuild with Purpose.

Wellness at the Farm is a private residential community for adults rebuilding stability after higher levels of mental health care.

Our residents live in a calm, structured environment that combines intentional daily living, holistic wellness practices, nature immersion, and community support.

This is not a rehab center, sober living home, or wellness retreat. It is a place to rebuild healthy routines, reconnect with purpose, and move forward with stability.

A Different Kind of Supportive Living Community

Wellness at the Farm is a peaceful, nature-centered residential community on a private two-acre property in Loxahatchee, Florida, designed for adults whose primary need is mental health support.

Residents participate in purposeful daily routines, wellness practices, shared meals, and community programming that encourage accountability, connection, and forward movement.

Integrative wellness offerings include infrared sauna, cold plunge therapy, red light therapy, yoga, acupuncture, nutrition support, and bodywork, alongside the restorative presence of gardens, open green space, and rescue animals.

This is not a traditional rehab center, sober living home, or crisis stabilization facility. It is a supportive residential environment for adults stepping down from inpatient or higher levels of mental health care who need more support than outpatient therapy alone can provide.

Structure Without Rigidity.
Support Without Dependence.

Life at the Farm is built around consistency, wellness, and community.

Our goal is to create an environment where healthy routines become sustainable daily living.

Built by a Clinician Who Saw the Gap

Wellness at the Farm was co-founded by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience working within Florida’s mental health treatment system.

After working closely with individuals and families navigating inpatient care, residential treatment, and outpatient therapy, one pattern became clear: people often stabilized in treatment settings but struggled after returning to environments that lacked consistency, accountability, and community.

Wellness at the Farm was created to bridge that gap.

Every aspect of the community — from the daily rhythm to the wellness modalities and natural setting — was developed through a clinically informed lens focused on helping residents rebuild meaningful daily life after a mental health crisis.

Evidence-Informed Wellness Practices

Residents have access to:

Nature as Part of the Process

The land and rescue animals are an essential part of life at Wellness at the Farm.

Open green space, gardens, and daily interaction with animals encourage grounding, mindfulness, routine, and connection. Whether residents are caring for an animal, walking the property, or spending quiet time outdoors, nature becomes part of the rhythm of restoration and healing.

Nature is not simply a backdrop here. It is part of the process.
